What is it that doesn't want to work with the VSS from Spetsgruppa Vympel? I use Earl's model in Heroes Unleashed without issues, so it's probably a specific problem on your end.

.qob is the 3d model format.
.gun is the specifications file for how it functions in game.

ah, so that means Igor gun editing? i only see the .qob files. i'll have another look
