Search didn't return much.

Have they been done? If not, are they possible?

The standard frag in GR has a blast radius of 10.
I don't know if it is feet or meters. I'm guessing feet.
You might try editing the blast radius in the frag.prj file found in:
Ghost Recon\Mods\Origmiss\Equip

It is a good idea to setup your own mod to try this as overwriting the
original files is a bad idea. To test: Just copy the frag.prj file from Origmiss
put it in your mods equip folder. Edit the blast radius line to whatever. Maybe 1?
Give your mod top priority in the game options/ mods.
Crank up a mission or ff and do some testing.

If your on to something you can make a kit with stun grenades so it will appear
with other kits in the setup screen.

Stun grenades may have been done but I don't know about it.

I'd put my money on the metric system. Right at the bottom of the Edit Explosion window in IGOR it states that all radii are expressed in meters.

On Topic:

Setting the blast radius to 1 meter will make the grenade deadly out to 1 meter from where it explodes. I'm not sure how the falloff value for it to cause damage (wounding) works beyond that or not. It's been a while.

Hey guys thanks. A little surprised this hasn't come up before with the R6 series blending in. I'll give it a shot. It does seem near impossible though.

You know what just popped in my head? Active Denial System. I bet that could be doable somehow, ya think?

I think I remember stun grenades / flashbangs in the "DEA - Most Wanted" mod?
