hey all.

just need to pick your brains, mine is useless on this! just wondered - would the fn scar mk16/17 accept a c-mag? just thought it would look kinda nice. if anyone knows, could you please post a reply?

Well, since the Mk16 uses standard M16/M4 mags there shouldn't be any problems at all using a 5.56mm C-Mag with the M16/M4 feed-stack.

The Mk17 on the other hand could be alittle tricky as they so-far only make 7.62mm C-Mag's for the M1A/M14 and the Mk17 doesn't use the same configuration.

thats cool then. im making up a quick scar mod for gr1, and just thought it would add a nice touch for a support weapon.

so, ill use use it on the mk16 - lovely!

A Cmag im pretty sure has the same dimensions and adapter as a STANAG
