Sr_Mask smaller? (Sniper Reticle)

Hello,

In the (Awesome!) CENTCOM Mod I found this fantastic Mil-Dot reticle which is the best MilDot Ive seen so far in GR.

But there are two things I would like to change.
1. The Scope/Sniper Mask is too big, I would like it smaller, so it would look like this:

I tried it myself with PSP 7.0, but editing Alpha chanels is a pain with PSP, at least for me...
It would be FANTASTIC, if anyone could help me on this?
