Just a quick video i made with some features i think made [GR] and GRIT the best Ghost Recon games to dates. These include the guille suit, 2 controllable squads, crossfires and better stories. There are other reasons but this video just deals with a few.

I use an external digital recorder. A archos AV700.

Im a regular on GR Jungle Storm for the PS2, along with about 30 other people, and we all agree GR2 and GRAW took a wrong turn somewhere. GR was an original game, but those versions are just another SOCOM it seems. I would love for Ubisoft to re-release the original for PS2 with online play, how hard could it be?

Nice movie how was the cinematic intro made? By the way, whoever made that should note that there's no such thing as gulle suits, it's a ghillie.

It's the intro from a console version, don't remember if PS2 or Xbox.

Well, you can tell the video was done using the GR 1 engine, and RSE made the Xbox version a few years after the PC version, so the production values of the new intro videos had improved.

It is the XBOX version, it does have a few more better cut scenes but aside of that I rather play the PC version of the game
Now Jungle Storm/Island Thunder for the PS2 does have some engine improvements not available to the PC version of the game

Wasn't there an effort to get the Jungle Storm maps and other PS2-specific assets converted for PC? Thought I read that somewhere once.
