Anyone able to shed any light on what Napoleon Complex is?

I looked on the internet but all I found was stuff not relating to what Napoleon Complex actually is (like "Get A Napoleon Complex With Cossacks II" and "The Napoleon Complex Fact of Fiction: Does the NHL have a Napoleon Complex?" etc etc)

Napoleon was a very small man, physically, but his aspirations were massive.

I believe the term Napoleon Complex refers to anyone/anything that is somewhat small and trivial trying to seem bigger and more important than they are out of anger and frustration.

He's often viewed as the first anti-christ, Hitler being the second. The offical def. of a Napoleon Complex is "An arrogant and aggressive demeanor that arises to combat insecurity about one's small stature."
