Helper points for grenades

Does anyone here know how to accomplish this? I'm working on a high explosive grenade, and I want to put it in game. Any help would be appreciated.

Any monkey with 3d Studio Max, Photoshop, and the internet to do the modeling for them, can mod. It takes real effort and talent to make something worth downloading.

I'm necro-posting on this because every time i try to get a grenade model in-game, when it's thrown the grenade doesnt appear or explode (it just removes from inventory)

i got mine to show up ingame, but only if it was named the same as the default m67
