ingeloop Posted August 13, 2006 Share Posted August 13, 2006 (edited) hi guys! i'd like to take chance and present a thread to an upcoming mod called MVD Osnaz. freely translated it means Russian Interior Ministrys special forces/units. as described in the mod roundup http://www.ghostrecon.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=38027 you will be playing the role of a very secret force consisting of highly trained individuals from some of the best Osnaz/Spetsnaz units, such as: Vityaz, Rus, OMON and Krechet. the plan is to make about 5 missions in a small campaign on some nice maps. mission scripting is starting and maps are chosen. right now i have no ETA, but i hope it'll not take long. so see you around this thread and forum. nice to see so many people modding away and that people coming back from GRAW. best regards/ ingeloop and here are some of the reticles that will be used in the mod.....some. a popular scope reticle with the svd for ex. illuminated one the oval black ring works as a simple range finder in this pks-07 sight. a good companion in the dark see above /ingeloop Edited August 13, 2006 by ingeloop Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ingeloop Posted August 17, 2006 Author Share Posted August 17, 2006 comes some more screens of MVD Osnaz operators and a highly wanted chechen rebel leader, hasan dakhaev. he's a commander of one of the toughest and fanatical fractions of the chechen rebels. it's also rumoured that many foreign muslim/wahabit soldiers are in his group. hasan dakhaev posing with his best friend, an ak74m with a gp25 gl. some more pics of the Osnaz operators: a sniper specialist wearing gorka camo and a sv-99 .22 sd rifle. some guys dont follow the camo code, but it does not matter if you get the job done. an Osnaz operator with a sd kedr smg, a popular piece among the SF in russia. you will also be handling the sd sniper version of the groza. a milisec later you're gone to elysium more pics to come and i'll keep you posted on how we progress. in the mean time.........be safe/ ingeloop Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ingeloop Posted August 18, 2006 Author Share Posted August 18, 2006 ready for some winter pics? i thought so.... we have one rifle in the mod, apart from the v-94, that can play a limited amr role. the vssk 12.7mm. a silence highly lethal friend that is primarly used in the sniping role. but see for yourself....... please note that i've turned up the brightness so you can see the sniper clearly. a guard that is getting... a push in the right direction and for the amr role against small fuel barrels, can go for bigger if you want ...... but as i and sopmod said, this is not an AMR mod, but we have things that can create a large amount of havoc.
