Ghost Recon AND Igor Crashing?

I;m not sure what the hell is going on, but within the space of 2 minutes, Igor and Ghost recon have decided not to work. the stack i get is simply this:

IkeGameMgr::Initialize() : Could not initialize DATA_MGR: -1

I've reinstalled, and reconfigured, still that?

anyone know what's up?

if it's of any help to you. i was editing gun files in igor ready for kit management, when i tried to save an unfinished file so i could edit it's properties in wordpad, it didn't show up in wordpad, i had closed igor by then and when i reopened igor, i was met with half of the gun files gone missing, but they were there in the mod file. and then when i restarted it sat for ten seconds on the loading splash, and then crashes shortly after with that.

Find the bad gun file and delete it. Had this before, 1 small issue in a gun file and nothing will work. Gr is so small, keep a fresh copy of your main folders for backup, always use a mod folder to edit things.

thanks tinker, removed the equip folder and started again (since i could not see the gun file to delete it) seemed to work okay.

I know you fixed it and you probably know this, but if you ever can't start GR or it crashes, you can open the modsset.txt file in your GR directory and remove the offending mods.
