I have searched other sites and they seem to indicate a 1.14 patch but not real clear if it is for Arma Gold. Even better would be to get yourself a copy of the 1.17 beta (details can be found at http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Categor...hes_%26_Updates ), this is the most recent beta and is supposed to be extremely close to the "final" ArmA patch (which should be release as 1.18 in the near future). You can find detailed change logs for all of the patches and betas at that page so you can get a sense of what has changed/evolved with each of the updates.
