The main problem with trying to create the javelin would be that the rocket when launched doesnt fly in a straight trajectory like the AT4. It actually shoot upwards at an angle so that it can head downwards at angle allowing it to hit the top of the tank/apc where the armor is lighter.

Well until i can figure out another solution this one will have to do. At least it doesnt affect multiplayer.

Alright, I think I figured out what is causing the problem but i cant figure out how to stop it. GR now REQUIRES that I have BjB Sabre Teams 1.3 running or it won't start up? Has anyone ever encountered this problem before? Does BjB know of any solution?

Ok, I cant believe it but my GR has stopped working. Everytime I try to start up GR it gives me that GR.exe problem. I have unistalled and then reinstalled with the 1.4 patch, but i still have the same problem is there anything else that i can do to remedy this situation? Here's the ikecrash log file. The college application process SUCKS! Even worse are the academy and NROTC applications. I think the application process for the service academies itself must scare people away. Oh and to all those freshman, good luck with college. I'll be in ur position in one more year.

Actually, during peacetime the Coast Guard is now part of the Homeland Security Department. It was under the DoT but was moved as part of the new reorginization plan for the DHS run by Tom Ridge.
