Problem solved! Just running it through a Hexeditor does not do the job, because of a checksum in the exe file. There is however an exefile created to have your game work through OpenSpy: flawless AND virusfree. Find me on Discord to share the link with you (Koelshooter)

Up and running! Bazong provided me with link on Discord to Graw2 exefiles to run through OpenSpy (no virus included:-)) and it works!. Once we have footage of one of your missions, I'll let you know John.

Hi all, I have tried to get Graw 2 up and running again for online co-op games via OpenSpy. I joined their discord group; did all the steps (Hexeditor) but I still get a message afterwards that my .exefile is being corrupted. Hence: can't boot the game. If anyone is playing online already and can tell me what I have missed; please share. A few of us are eager to get online again with this game. Thanks in advance! Koel

@JohnTC02: your missions are still in my repertoire as well. And I am trying out something called OpenSpy that makes it possible to play co-op online again. Not fully figutred it out yet, but I have seen online Graw2 servers already. Cheers to you for your legacy as well John

And here we are, almost 9 years later. And guess what: I am about to install Graw 2 again (and I'm not the only one) and we will play the MexBob missions for sure. What a legacy.
