  1. i bought payday without knowing that overkill is basically GRIN. i discovered it by accident a few days ago because i watched an interview vid with simon viklund, saw the .bundle files in the game directory and after that started investigating. i am glad to see them back, too. imho both GRAW games and Payday are incredibly well done.
  2. well i guess there are a lot of people who will love the fps extraction... including me!
  3. i'm especially impressed in how many ways you can play this little map. so many walkways, sniping positions and different approaches coming from that. really great work, grin! the enemy AI *sometimes* is really cool, trying to chase you down, but mostly a little too pasive for my liking. the recon-mode for your team ist awesome, it's good for some really cool moves. can't wait to play the full release, and i'm looking really forward to play this game in coop.
  4. on my wish list (some things already said), in no particular order: - louder weapon sounds - less loud movement sound when walking (or maybe a stealth mode where you walk slower but silent) - double tapping "forward" make you sprint (to not annoy others make it an option) - some kind of "enemy spotted"-command man, do i look forward to the full release. GRAW 2 rocks! thanks grin!
  5. i also agree. walking speed is spot on. believe it or not, i would like to have an option to also walk *slower*, sneaking really silent to surprise enemies. but as said one hundred times, the ghosts and rebels should pack and tape their gear properly to avoid rattling sounds. ^^
  6. the demo is great imo, i hoped GRAW 2 would turn out like this. especially the sounds of distant firefights are awesome, really immersive and real sounding. i don't know if somebody has posted this already, but i would really like to see that you can run with a double-tap of the forward button, like in AA or ArmA. running and walking speeds are definitely ok for me, but your character could be a tad quiter when moving slowly imo. apart from some audio-glitches i had no problems with the demo technics wise, can't await the full release! great work, grin!! ps: thanks for the 416... ^^
