Ghost Recon FS: Can't play multiplayer

Recommended Posts

When I try to go to the multiplayer menu, it says connecting.... Then it takes me back to the title screen and says "Internet Connection lost you've been returned to the title screen" I checked my firewall, even tried updating punkebuster manually. Nothing. Help me. Please. Now. Jesus.

nice avatar...
have you tried port forwarding the game's port?

i believe these are the ports you need to open on your router:
GRFS Ports:
TCP: 80, 1001, 1002, 2346
UDP:10007, 15765, 24340, 24360

Uplay Launcher:
TCP: 80, 443, 13000, 13005, 13200

this site will be a good guide for opening the ports, select your router model, then select "Ghost Recon Future Soldier" and it'll give you the guide to forward the ports required

okay this guide should be the one you need
the router's username is "admin" and the password is "password"

Use this guide to find your static IP address, the one you normally need is the DNS IP which is most commonly 192.168.0.1, or 192.169.1.1, it'll normally say that on the back of the router on a sticker too.

from there, you can follow this guide

it's pretty straight forward from there.

i had to do the same thing on my router to get the game to connect, if it still doesn't connect, make sure the other person has their ports open too.
