When posting for Tech support help, please include the following information: . . . Your system details: Manufacturer, Make and model of the PC or Laptop What Operating system version and service pack # Manufacturer, Make and model of Processor (and clock speed) the amount of System Memory fitted Manufacturer, Make and model of Video Card, amount of video RAM and what driver version+Date Manufacturer, Make and model of Sound Card and what driver version What Version of DirectX (including the letter) and also run Dxdiag and post details of any errors . . . Game details: What version of Game (latest patch number) Whether it was retail version on a CD/DVD or an Online Download version (and from where) Post the Game crashlog.txt. . . . . . . Crash details: Describe prior to the crash, during the crash and after the crash (don't forget What mission and where on the map, what had you just done/clicked/selected and otherwise happened in game) Exact error message Details of Mods you are using (or recently "tried") and other changes you have made to the game Details of other applications running, Xfire,TeamSpeak, CD burning, Etc Has it worked ok before and has anything changed recently ?. . . . . . . . . . For Internet connection problems: Who is the Internet Service Provider and what details of Internet connection (Speed/Type Etc) What is make and model of Modem What is make and model of Router and what firmware version What is make and model of Network card and what driver version Details and what make and model of Firewall you use Details of other online Games you play (particularly any where you're the host and any that have had problems). . . . . Remember if you don't tell us the details, the first reply to your post is likely to be somebody asking for details and referencing this post. If you are baffled by the "System requirement" above or are not sure if your PC/Laptop can run GR:AW 2 then run this test and post the results . . .. . . What it does System Requirements Lab looks at your computer's hardware and system software to determine whether or not your current system can run a product. Each of your computer's components is evaluated to see how well it meets the minimum and recommended requirements for specific products. Recommendations are made on how to update or upgrade each component which does not meet the listed requirements.
