How do you play?

Recommended Posts

I've always wondered how others play GR.

alpha- 2 rifleman (assault)

bravo- 1 rifleman 1 machine gunner (support)

charlie - 2 demo (1 demo 1 at4) (overwatch)

generally i set all teams to recon and advance or hold. A and B bound with eachother while C holds the rear/flanks.

i hardly ever use snipers and i like to manually move everyone, i almost never use the command map.

1 sniper and 1 demo is what I used, since rest of the team is just more useless people to have laying around.

Sometimes 2 demo's like on those multiple tank or that require more than 1 C4's to use maps.

I typically try to complete each mission with the minimum number of personnel, but that's because I've played this game WAY too much. Before I had mastered it, I typically used a team of 3 riflemen, and then a team of 1 demo, 1 support, and 1 sniper (I first played this game for XBOX, so only 2 teams).

Once I switched to PC, I typically did a 3-man team with 2 riflemen and 1 demo, a 2-man support team, and a 1-man sniper team.

Mine's pretty typical.

Alpha team usually rolls out with three riflemen for the most part; a demolitions expert replaces one of the riflemen depending on the objectives and/or the presence of armored vehicles. Alpha spearheads the assault.

Bravo team is usually a two-man support team that provides overwatch for Alpha, though in some cases they guard the extraction zone.

Charlie is a one-man sniper team that provides intelligence on enemy positions. Usually I use Charlie to eliminate enemy overwatch positions so Alpha and Bravo can mop up the rest.
