uninstalled everything and then installed only ghost recon, same result

I know there is another one like this, but my situation is different. I purchased the ghost recon complete pack on steam and when I try to run it, An error pops up that says "ghostrecon.exe has stopped working." It then tries to find a solution to the problem. I have to close the program. I run windows 7 64-bit. Like I said I got it on steam. Ive tried reinstalling it in this order: GR, DS, IT. Nothing changed, what now?
