General Close UBI and handover all rights to GRIN for free, I think they made a great enviroment & in-game-feeling. With or without AA... ;o) Let Bo asap contract some of the best GR1/[GR] modders who really made the original game last so long and let GR:AW become a worthy successor of GR1/[GR]. Two things happend last night... My wife, sitting on the couch, shouted out loud 'For Gods sake, Breath!!' at me and when she, later on, left for bed she scared the #### out of me by standing next to me and (after lifting my headphone) telling me that she called it a day... nism?¿ OMG, this is GR:AW game is gonna last as long as GR did :clapping:

I'm 42 years old, ex-longtime-military, still a (also mod) GR addict, played the GR:AW demo over and over and... (dis)liked several things overthere... and I feel like it will be Boxing day the day after tomorrow... overhere we call it 'Sinterklaas' Anybody else?¿ (PS. I hope the people from GRIN city will be able to publish their own games in the near future... yep I really do and, no, I don't own any GRINshares)

Having the 'element' civilians in-game keeps me concentrated to stay alert and not being trigger happy... So I dare to say that I really miss them (m/f). Remember how you did feel when you, suprised as you were, shot the fleeing civilians in the Embassy-GR mission?¿ Dunno about the technical (online) difficulties to create them, but I'm sure they will be there in a upcomming mod. P.S. I hope I don't offend anyone, but I 'feel Ghost' and not 'US citizen' when I'm clearing out the Mexican terrace plus surroundings.

Favourite weapon(s)?¿ A rainforrest-wood-made-stick to drag the doubleD blonde into my cave & two stones to make fire on wich I will be able to prepare some of the finest Mexican roasts... in a way the blondes never ever tasted before. Finally (after several ages of evolution) I'd prefer SCAR scope with nadelaunch abillity, 50+ magazines, DTS-mp3 Rammstein surround and a satlink to any good illegal Irish brewery.

Indeed, well done GRIN. My expectations were high and what I've seen / felt so far is good with a big G. There will always remain things to be improved and the insiders say it's a game with potention. Now it's up to UBI again and that worries me for sure. GRIN has proven to be fair, competent and able to deal with a lot of community questions and even unpolite demands. C'mon people, face the facts - this is the demo and there will be patches as in every game that's released. Critisism is okay as long as you keep it clean & to the point. For all of those who don't like it and need to keep whining about all kinds of everything; Why dont you all start your own development & publish company?¿ Seems a lot of you people know exactly what's wrong with GR:AW, but are you able to do it your own over-perfectioned way?¿ If that's too much asked from you, buy a console, leave here and have fun with the gamepad instead of a decent keyboard. But please... please stop spoiling my appetite for GR:AW. Happy weekend to all of you. P.S. If you want/need to react in a whining way to what I just wrote; send me a PM or own me next week online. Happy Holiday 2 U people from GRIN-city. Don't you guys get bored? I mean... second time again @Mexico-city.., must look pretty familiar after all the digital-work with that town. There's a lot going on in these forums about the demo... 'true' whining & really serious comments. I'll buy GR:AW next thursday and I'm sure I'm gonna like it. Better said; I'll buy two dvd's in case the first one crashes. With or without AA stuff, XML bashing, prone stances, to loud crashing ropes, to loud screaming parrots that I havent heard so far and all the things people need to shout about 24+ hours after the release of the demo. It will work out fine is what I think. Official patches & missionpacks will be released, community mods will rock again and in about two years from now we all will start asking (or yelling/demanding) for GR:AW-2... I'm glad my Herc9800Pro died last sunday, yesterday the 512Mb~X1600pro arrived and it runs the demo at High settings. [1280x1024-60Hz] veni, vidi, vici?¿ ...humpfff, I demo-died to many times already :'(

Installed the demo and the graphics are able to run at 'High'. No tweaking, no xml render file slashing or whatever... Sys; two years old AMD XP2800+ / 1.5Gb 333mhz ddr pc 2700 / ATI X1600pro 512Mb / SB live 5.1 and other minor hardware. The demo looks awesome [1280x1024], I'm very anxious to 'meet' the full game next week.

A quick run to the shop for a new mouse or trackball [with a scrollwheel) maybe solving these probs?¿

Second weapon: hit the F button and use scrollwheel to choose next weapon. Tactical ordering; hit the middle mouse (wheel) and scroll it down/up to the action you want to order.

Be aware 1madcow; ur not running the demo yet... only actually seeing is believing!
