Where is it labeled that?

All those general effects that are on our old list are tested and labeled by Commander Squinks.

Then there was the UBI list in the map making PDF. Haven't looked at that much lately so I don't remember if they even have any descriptions in it.

first post in this sticky thread...

I was usin a few of them in Igor, that 34 one looked like water, not fire...

ok, I chose my words too quickly...

Trying out a variey of effects fora mission I was trying, so I ended up just going through a bunch of them to find the right effect...

change the effect name, go to GR, jump in the mission and watch.

rinse, repeat.

I have a script with 20 effects in a row just out from insertion. They trigger every 4 sec together with displaying the name of the currently triggering effect.

When I want to test some effects I just copy them from the effect list and into the type box and also use the same paste to paste them into the displaymessageall box.

On a bright day I might extend that script to include all effects and include it here for DL.

Just gotta get my HD back up and running. Working from my laptop (craptop) now :wacko:
