To my knowledge interservice/international SOF task forces are usually just "Task Force (number/name)". For example, the real-life Task Force 88, aka "Not Team RAINBOW", was renamed a few times. It had a bunch of members of various NATO SOF included in its command, not just USSOCOM and CIA SAD guys. This new unit could just be a continuation or another renaming of TF88.
