Rocky Posted March 23, 2017 Share Posted March 23, 2017 This guy kept escaping, because I could not be stealthy enough to take out all of his guards without him going on alert, jumping in a car, and making off. So I had a plan. Commandeer some of the passing vehicles to make block the only exit road. If he went on alert again hopefully he should come unstuck with my man made roadblock.
