We prefer to keep our numbers small, and our personel extraordinary. This is a paramilitary team, please leave your feelings at home. This team is dedicated to perfecting themselves for professional competition. While we will participate in things such as game battles, the MLG Pro Circuit is the desired arena. We accept people of all ability levels, not just top talent. We will provide all necessary training. The training you will be given will be a combination of real world military tactics and strategies, as well as professional combat gaming experiance. To be clear, the drop out rate for this team is close to 95%, expectations are high, dedication is a must, time comitment is a must. Our regular practise time is 8pm Eastern Standard Time 7 days a week, with more lengthy sessions Friday night and Saturday night. REQUIREMENTS : - You must be at least 18 years of age - You must be an effective comunicator and a team player - You will show respect to your team mates - You will give reasonable notice when you will be late or absent - You will give 100% to your team mates and to your personal development. - You won't make excuses, you will make adjustments and deliver results.
