Lightspeed Posted January 11, 2007 Share Posted January 11, 2007 a new texture scaling - which allows you to reduce the amount of grass or eliminate it completely. For MP this is Server -sided. I would assume that they will implement the same changes for the Full Version soon enough - and they should mean better FPS all round. Personally, I like the grass although it's always really tall when prone - would be nice if it was head height in places so you could peak over it. Nevertheless, I love ArmA - as soon as I get my GR SP Tourney done I'm jumping back into ArmA...never to return. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I ma hosting a GR SP Tourney on GR.Net and when it's over I will dedicate all my future gaming to ArmA. disregard the patch notice...it appears it might only be for those with 64 bit systems.
