ZJJ Posted November 21, 2006 Share Posted November 21, 2006 RSE did a lot of work on creating a menu lobby that gave the player a lot of choices on how they wanted to play the game from type of kits to map to game type to ... you get the idea. Did they hit the nail on the head with menu layout and ease of use or was there anything you wanted to see improved or changed or removed from this setup? Have it where you choose where the teams start or even better have a random start Zones option. Love to have it where everytime you play you don't know where they may be coming from to keep you more alert and tacical. Fixed zones and everyone is running to the halfway point tring to cut you off before the other team gets there. There is more options i would like to see, but this is the only one that matters! W1ngsh0t Posted November 22, 2006 Share Posted November 22, 2006 You need to be able to save more custom settings ... and name them. 3 is not enough and the lack of names means it almost easier just to recreate a setting than find out which one you saved it as last. Otherwise, if keeping the current method, allow for changing your role at the same time you choose weapons and have them pre-grouped from outside of the game, as Wing mentioned. Instead of the current system I would prefer to have a bulleted list with toggles: Rifles .... on/off - M8 ... on/off - ak ... on/off Sniper ... on/off - PS9 .. on/off etc. Being able to set up different weapons for teams would be good as well (at least in unranked rooms). Might be nice to be abel to link a specific weapons loadout to a gametype and save it with a custom name ... HH pistols and smoke only - IFF off for instance ...
